Madrinha's House

This house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen with a fridge, stove etc., a living room, a big outside BBQ area next to the pool, a big verandah, the master bedroom has a splendid view over the Cumbuco and the ocean and a big garden. There is space for 3 to 4 cars. The house is situated at the outskirts of Cumbuco, near the beautiful Lagoa do Banana and right next to the gorgeous dunes of Cumbuco. It is a perfect spot to go for a walk, either through the dunes or along the deserted beach to the Lagoa de Cauipe. The distance to the beach is about 400 meters, to the center it is a 20 minute walk. The house is very suitable to people looking for peace and quiet. The house is looked after by a Brazilian couple that act as caretakers. They live in a small caretakers house next to the main house. They also act as night security. Price starts at 400 Reais per day

Additional information: A Maid service is available (including preparing breakfast, cleaning house/gardens/pool, laundry of house and personal clothing), for additional Eu 8.00 - 15.00/day depending of the number of people renting. The house can easily and comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 persons.
